I will email you at scheduled time to let you know that it is done and to go over any possible notes that I pick up during the healing session. Cancellation Policy
Changes & Cancellations To change an existing appointment, please contact me Alana has a 24 hour change policy. At that time, a session may be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 24 hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than 2 times. To cancel an existing appointment, please contact me Alana has a 24 hour change policy. You will be refunded the session fee minus 10% as long as you adhered to the 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee. Alana reserves the right NOT to offer rescheduled appointments to certain individuals if cancellations and changes persist. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.
